“I struggled with my weight since my teens, staying thin by dieting for a period of time, only to follow with gaining weight and then yo-yo-ing. After I turned 50, my weight increased and was not coming off, despite years of personal training. I decided to try something different during COVID and found Jake and Body Upgrade.
